內用碗不乾淨，要求可否重換一個，店家重新拿一個沖水，然後用掛在水槽旁的抹布（或擦手巾）擦拭。
I saw with my own eyes that when the store was preparing a take-out meal, the ingredients that fell on the table were put back into the bowl.
The inner bowl is not clean. If you ask if you can replace it, the store will take another one to flush it, and then wipe it with a rag (or hand towel) hanging by the sink.
