紅燒牛腩飯，還會附贈一杯紅茶。紅茶一點點澀，印象大約微糖到半糖的甜度。牛腩飯的湯汁很稠，口味不會太重，料除了牛腩以外，就是常見的紅蘿蔔和白蘿蔔。牛腩不是煮到入口即化的那種軟爛，是稍微有些嚼勁的口感。紅蘿蔔稍普通一些，個人比較偏好比較熟、比較軟一些，也會比較甜一點點。
