1. 三民區的遺產稅辦理在哈爾濱街這間，大順路的無法辦理。
2. 無法協助列印、影印資料，會請民眾自行到其他樓層付費印再帶回。
3. 承辦人員對於資料眾多時較無耐心核對，花費時間在民眾面前質疑其他單位的作為。
