★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 因看到招牌主打客家麵館，故外帶一份麻醬乾麵，麵體不會過軟也不會過硬，Q中帶滑好入口，麻醬香氣濃郁，裏頭還有幾塊小肉片，此家麻醬乾麵應是屬於外省風味的麻醬乾麵，但本人比較偏愛有油蔥肉燥、加點韭菜版本的正宗客家麻醬乾麵，所以有點小失望。這間的麻醬乾麵是外省口味，相信我，我是麻醬乾麵多年「食」務經驗的專家。
Since I saw that the signboard is mainly Hakka noodle restaurant, I brought a dry noodles with sesame sauce. The noodles should be dried noodles with sesame sauce from other provinces, but I prefer the authentic Hakka dried noodles with sesame sauce with fried shallots and some chives, so I am a little disappointed.
