診所的各醫療人員及前檯態度親切,醫生問診仔細,是我目前為止遇到最有耐性解答患者所有問題的骨科醫生,治療師用心且專業給予患者協助及衛教建議,值得讚許。 但仍有美中不足的地方 1. 前檯人員對於健保或保險細項專業缺乏,得請求醫生或主管才能回復患者,等待時間過長,經常造成掛號塞車,有點困擾。 協助前檯的工作人員,如能及時疏導協助年長者排隊,混亂場面也可降低,應變能力部分可再加強。 2. 身為需長期復健患者的我,也發現治療師常有人手不足的現象,不是避開某些時段就能防止,尤其貴所表定的班表,治療師不只要處理預約制治療,以至於健保診間的患者,因為治療師不足,等待時間過長,只留1或2位復健師要應付10位以上的患者,再專業的治療師都無法消化,動線不良也容易造成人員移動的危險,等待中的患者連上洗手間都要算好時間,更何況要達成高效率和高體力耗損的治療師們連基本的生理需求都很難解決。 3.目前仍在COVID-19長期抗疫時期,患者數量難以消化的同時亦是診間無法維持社交距離,雖說戴好口罩是全民責任,診間的空氣流通亦是成為破口之一,建議入口拉門可以維持開放狀態,也不要讓患者輕易拉上,保護醫療人員跟患者安全。 貴所管理者的危險預知防範、治療師數量安排、前檯教育訓練,還有很大進步空間。 診所經營業績導向是必然,創造好的工作環境,給予員工支持,能讓診所口碑更好可持續競爭優勢,亦能創造醫病雙方雙贏。

看診醫生態度不錯,但2樓復健部門當時說因為療程會超過他們的下班時間21點,所以要另約時間也沒有給任何未做療程的證明,而接著碰上疫情,所以到了降二級才想過去做療程,殊不知被告知當時沒用到的療程已經失效了,這些完全沒有跟本人告知過

初診已提前先去掛號,但準時到達診所後,又再等候了一個多小時才看到診, 跟張醫師反應肩頸疼痛與手臂麻,尤其手臂疼痛難以入睡且無法抬舉多年,拍了兩張X-ray卻被斷定只是頸椎椎間孔狹窄造成的問題, 後續由物理治療師做了半小時索價800元的腰椎自費治療,完全沒有效果,還導致兩腿與膝蓋疼痛數日,幸好在一個復健療程結束後,驚覺不對勁, 改去某脊椎骨科醫院,首次就拍了多張X-ray, 不久又做了超音波檢查, 才得知是還有肩夾擠症候群
