1. 取車時整個後車廂完全沒有清潔,老闆回覆你東西沒有收好我們無法服務…
<劣質服務感受>
1)請在交車時說明服務的“特殊”原則。
2)您事後不情願的整理後車廂,移除物品其實只有一分鐘,感覺只想收錢,不想好好服務。
3)還說折你100塊可以了吧?3000元的洗車費都付過,我在乎的是服務品質,因為臨時被通知隔天要搭載貴賓,才會需要“專業”的洗車服務,而非“忽悠”服務。
2. 取車時發現整台車打蠟極度不均勻,品質比加油站還差勁…

感覺很像不負責任的餐飲服務員隨便抹過桌子,其實只是餐桌上的污漬,從此處抹到彼處。
3. 家中有過敏兒特別交代座椅千萬不要上油,但事後乘客上座皆反映手一摸就滿是油,連坐在其上都會滑來滑去…

所以我只好再找時間再花一次錢,找原本洗車店重新整理乾淨(唉…原本長期服務的店今天休息…才會吃了這麼大的悶虧),否則我可能要花時間送氣喘的小孩去急診。
4. 老闆完全沒有驗收就想交車,車體外觀及玻璃都是抹布擦過的痕跡,還誆說是陽光下的結果,洗車的抹布丟在車內也沒有收,顧客應該都不是第一次洗車了,陽光下只會讓洗車的品質一覽無遺,肯定不會再給老闆第二次機會了…

有部分加油站會跟心路等基金會身心障礙青年合作提供洗車的就業機會,但其本質更著重輔導,我看過唐氏症的青年認真執著要把車擦乾淨的堅持,老闆有沒有真心要培訓輔導這些孩子我不清楚,但可以肯定老闆絕對沒有為孩子的服務品質把關。
5. 最令人生氣的事,竟然把我的前座座椅弄壞了,也沒有告知,到了晚上要載人時,才發現無法後推卡住了,不知道要再花多少錢才能修復,從來沒有遇過這麼不負責任的老闆,實在太過份了,必要時我會去消保會申訴…
6. 後來回原廠維修副駕駛座被卡住的問題,這筆費用就給消保官判定賠償責任,當下又再發現因為後座地墊沒有舖好,結果前座座位滑移是又把地墊拉扯壞了,到底誰還敢舉著幫助弱勢的旗子,拿自己車開這種玩笑?
