沙茶牛肉配飯很好吃，牛雜湯沒有腥味，很不錯，比較可惜九層塔的味道香氣沒有那麼重。
一定要點白飯加牛雜湯配豆瓣醬唷！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 懷孕快8個月，吃東西都沒胃口，很想念台南家鄉的牛肉湯，昨晚下班路上突然看到這家牛肉湯店，點了一碗牛肉湯、炒空心菜跟一碗白飯，牛肉湯是屏東潮州口味，有點失望，不過湯頭還不錯，炒青菜也很好吃，才剛吃完因為容易腹脹不適先坐著休息一下，店家立刻來收桌子，詢問我剩下的半碗白飯要不要打包並說外面的客人習慣坐我這個位置，希望我趕快離開，當下覺得感受很不好，旁邊明明還有其他空位，而且我從上菜到吃完也不到十幾分鐘，第一次吃飯被趕真的很委曲，以後不可能再去了！

牛肉炒飯真的炒得很好 火候 鍋氣 米飯粒粒分明
湯的部分不是臺南口味的 沒常常吃過 沒研究是那邊的流派
總之就是一間會再訪的店 推推！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這家店「鍾和記」不知道跟仁武和記牛雜有沒有關係？以前都要大老遠跑到仁武去吃，現在在市區就吃的到。湯頭是我喜歡的口味，特製蘸醬加上薑末是最棒的提味佐料，應該以後會常去造訪。

米飯上蓋滿精瘦豬絞肉的肉燥飯，滷汁鹹淡適中，米飯的口感也是剛好不軟爛也不硬實，扒一口大大的滿足。
綜合切盤味道普通，沾醬沒辦法帶出滷味的滋味。
牛雜湯湯頭濃郁好喝，料多實在，內用可免費續湯一次。
看別桌的炒飯、炒麵、燴飯上桌感覺好吃，下次試試看。
