我的書是用藝fun券購買的，找了好幾家書局找到建工書局說這本書沒貨但可以幫我訂，雖然價格比網路上貴但我接受
好不容易等了快兩週終於書到店了，去門市拿書時發現書是未封的而且封面明顯較舊，我現場還問櫃檯這不是新書嗎？ 小姐還回我：對...這我不知道我們到沒有特別檢查就上架了
然後完全沒有要幫忙處理或更換的意思...
錢付了，書拿了，拿到舊書我也認了至少內頁沒問題，但這樣的服務品質是不會再考慮也不會推薦！

Then there is no meaning to help deal with or replace...
The money was paid, the book was taken, and I also recognized that at least the inner pages of the old book were no problem, but this kind of service quality will not be considered or recommended!
