下午姐姐要買hdmi轉接頭.我跟她說網購就好.結果她回我她習慣去這家店買.希望這家店可以撐過疫情.所以從家裡騎了30分到市區買.但後來受了一肚子氣…結論就是他們客人太多了:)要去這裡買的話建議三思.可以考慮一下附近的日本橋:)價格比他們便宜超多:)傻眼

搬家前東西都在以前多多米買的,所以就算搬到楠梓還是決定跑來哆米哆買,本來因為疫情想網購,但希望實體店家可以多點收入,我不想看到多多米那層樓的燈又關了。但哆米哆客人太多了,他們忙到連幫買錯商品的會員查購買資料的時間都沒有,我沒想到他們對待客人的方式這麼粗魯,所以我再也不會去了。 這次是我疏忽買錯東西了,所以在家裡馬上打電話給他們詢問能不能換貨,電話那頭說包裝拆了基本上不能換,但我可以拿過去給他們看看能不能上架再賣。於是我騎了30分鐘的車回到市區,一位戴眼鏡的大姐看了我的東西直接說我買的品牌不能退換。 我問她說為什麼剛剛在電話裡不先幫我查我買的是什麼,如果查了知道這牌子不能換我就會自己想辦法處理,為何要讓我又跑來市區然後看了我買的牌子後才說不能換? 她給我的答案是「我們每天結帳這麼忙哪有時間幫妳查?」「妳電話裡也沒有叫我幫你查啊」「妳堅持要拿來給我們看的不是嗎?」原來她的客服程序是應該要由客人主動告知她們的。 她爭贏了,我被她堵的啞口無言,雖然我不是沒有問她我要買的東西放哪裡,但最後結帳確實是我沒有看清楚商品上的規格,可是她卻連幫我查一下我買的東西是什麼的動作都說她沒時間做,因為她們生意太好了,客人太多了。 在議論的時候,旁邊有一位先生在查他會員資料,眼鏡大姐她說電腦換過了所以會員資料都沒了,要重新登錄,由此可知會員或是常客對哆米哆來說真的很不重要吧⋯⋯ 一氣之下我把剛剛買的手機保貼要求退費,為了打發我所以她退給我了,但眼鏡大姐不忘補一句其實本來保貼也不能退。 後來我到附近的日本橋買,手機保貼便宜了50,轉接頭便宜了100,轉接頭我只能自己網拍賣掉了。

Went here two days a go for a cell phone screen protecting sticker, didn't open or used, to only found out that there's a cheaper place of 50 NT literally down the street. Went back for a return and refund but the lady at the front told me no refund even if I didn't use it and gave me such an attitude about it. Strongly recommend you take your business some place else!! Terrible service! As everyone can see their reply, my item was unopen yet finding some where with a cheaper price is not reasonable for a return, Cuz they never heard of return policies like Ikea or carrefour! Again I would give them zero star if I could, please take your business else where, Buyer beware!!!!
