★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 爛透了，店內完全沒有客人的狀態下兩個在櫃檯聊天，一個顧著玩展示機，一個打掃衛生，完全沒有要服務，詢問問題態度非常不好，完全不會想要再去。
It sucks. The two chatted at the counter when there were no customers in the store. One was playing with the display machine, and the other was cleaning. There was no service at all. The attitude of asking questions was very bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 整間店風格簡潔明亮，門市人員服務不但專業還很有溫度，即使只是進去看看都可以獲得完整的服務跟招呼，原廠維修部也設置在2樓，強力推薦要買手機可以優先來這裡走走看看，光服務品質就值得了

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 在台北三創買了兩隻S21 FE，因為舊機移轉不易，帶爸媽來尋求技術支援。接待的是長髮黃小姐，她除了相當專業，親切有耐性地協助爸媽完成每一個步驟，甚至主動幫母親調整App的頁面及順序如舊機一樣。
整個流程一個半小時，她沒有任何不耐或是煩躁，非常細心協助家人。三星有這樣的員工，真是最好的模範！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今日（2021.08.13）下午致電詢問手機是否有庫存，服務人員（女生）非常親切幫我查詢。晚間到店內購買時，男店員Kyle協助後續購買流程，主動告知許多資訊，整體而言，這次的購買經驗很好。
因在前一天我在鄰近的智慧館購買一支一模一樣的手機，但被收取了保護貼的590元，有沒有贈送東西，更沒有告知手機保險、耳機加價購這類的資訊。
這次在建國店的經驗非常好，日後有需要會再來購買！
