不準時 客服推卸責任 有問題也找不到人處理

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 4/23(六)從台北寄出 4/26(二)尚未到達左營。4/25傍晚曾致電左營皇家確認隔天會到，4/26下午改致電台北皇家才發現漏單車尚在台北。未知為車行或皇家疏失故皆留1星。
4/23(Sat) sent from Taipei 4/26(Tue) has not yet arrived at Zuoying. On the evening of 4/25, I called Zuoying Royal to confirm that it would arrive the next day. On the afternoon of 4/26, I called Taipei Royal only to find out that the missing bicycle was still in Taipei. 1 star if unknown to the dealership or royal negligence.
