2022、2、13租車每次來高雄旅行一定租這間的機車，價格透明便宜、安全帽乾淨還會給拋棄式安全帽內裡，還會免費安裝手機架方便導航，老闆娘超級無敵熱情友善店員服務態度親切不說，如果在路上有問題打電話立刻處理，2021年夏天的時候有一次不小心鑰匙連同包包一起丟車廂，打電話給車行求救，車行的辣妹立刻騎車拿備份鑰匙過來救援，不然我們只能坐計程車回飯店了，真的超感謝。 非常大推環球！

after the belt of our scooter snapped on the way, the shop owners refused to pay for the repair and treated us really mean when we asked for assistance. they paid in the end, but they had a really bad attitude in general.

Just a dumb guy on the phone saying "woewoewoe". Impossible to get any infos. LOL.

Even though my vehicle was broken down at the place where more than an hour away from the store, storekeeper still traveled all the way and made an exchange with functioning vehicle

The owner is very greedy! They want 500 per day and it's actually crazy! Is it a car??? It's just a small motorcycle! Even in Taipei it's cheaper!

Since when have they become so strict in Taiwan. Ive rentes 10000 time in this country. Ive driven 10000km. Never a problem. Now they all say you need a full motorcycle license to ride a scooter. Woow

Rented a Kymco 150cc scooter for my 10 days solo round trip (NT500 per day which feels a tad expensive?). As I was travelling far, they prepped the scooter (changed oil, checked mechanicals, brakes, etc). Scooter performed flawlessly throughout the 1500km journey. Full tank of 95 Ron fuel about NT100 which was ample enough to go 200km++ depending on traffic conditions. The one plus year old scooter had under seat storage space, and they installed a metal rack behind the pillion seat so that I could strap on my back pack. There's a small open storage compartment under the handle bars, and a hook for hanging shopping bags. Very practical scooter. I had to call them once during the night for technical advice, and they patiently guided me (turns out it was nothing). Overall satisfied with the service and bike. It felt safe riding in Taiwan, as in sometimes I left my backpack, helmet, gloves, etc on the bike while I went sightseeing. However foreigners renting bike/scooter need to know that insurance only covers personal/3rd party injuries. Should the scooter be damaged or lost, the renter is fully liable. I was given a wheel lock which I used only the first night. Subsequently I did not use it as my paranoia over the bike being stolen decreased. Rules of the roads are flouted regularly here. So ride defensively and you should do fine just like me.

On their website it states that they do accept international drivers license. However when I talked to the staff wanting to rent a scooter (I have a 125cc licence) to drive to xiao liu qiu, the guy said he would not rent to me as their scooters are only allowed to be driven in and around Kaohsiung. Which is obviously bulls.... He just didn't wanna deal with a foreign customer and the paperwork. Very disappointed!
