★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 三劑疫苗都在這邊打的,完全沒有痛感,很快速,技術很好,說《忍一下哦》的時候就已經打完了,不用怕打太久。
態度溫合且專業,看了三年從來沒有遇到態度不好的護士。
PS. 診所賣的喉片很管用,因為常常講話,所以都備著。有時候感冒去看病,醫生還送兩片。

櫃檯的女護士!請妳聽好,不是每個人家裡都有人確診,也不是每個人都知道你們領藥的程序,還是告知領藥時要怎麼說,又或者妳的等一下也沒人知道是馬上好,還是是叫人滾去旁邊乖乖坐著等,說真的沒人知道!妳是領薪水上班的人,而我們是付錢領藥的人,也不是用搶的,所以態度真的不用那麼差!沒有欠妳什麼!!下次一樣會去本診所,只希望妳下次態度可以不用像欠妳幾百萬一樣!謝謝!!!
新增一下!從來沒有覺得要等候有任何問題!要等多久都沒關係!前面有多少病患也沒關係!藥師要講解多久更沒關係!
只有那位女護士的態度有問題!那種態度說真的沒有人可以忍受!!!看很多評論應該也很多患者都遇過吧!大家是去看診拿藥的,不是去給那位女護士出氣的!只有那位護士態度有待改進!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 櫃檯一位瘦高年輕女護士(還是行政人員?)態度非常差,不耐煩也不禮貌,跟長輩說話也是一副“沒事就離開櫃檯,後面還有人要掛號”的態度!我在櫃檯詢問她關於疫苗施打問題,她跟旁邊的同事嘻笑輕浮就算了,還要我自己去看新聞,她說她不知道...真的非常有失專業又砸了醫生用心經營多時的招牌。之前對緯立的印象很好,這位女護士(行政人員)完全臭了一鍋粥!

話說5/18(星期三)電話詢問COVID-19莫得納兒童疫苗的事,當時護理人員告知若要預約星期六的疫苗星期五的(5/20)可以再去問看看,確定有無疫苗,結果星期五(5/20)晚上去貴診所詢問,櫃檯兩位護理人員 “極度不耐煩” ”態度極差” ,直接回答我說:「他們那邊現在都沒有再施打COVID-19的兒童疫苗,也沒有再讓人家預約兒童疫苗°」
哈嘍!我前面那位媽媽才剛帶她女兒正在填寫黃卡資料,到我詢問就變成沒有在預約也沒有在施打COVID-19兒童疫苗,這是怎樣???
貴診所有幾位較年輕的護理人員,教育訓練真得有待加強,醫護人員都很辛苦,但沒必要把情緒宣洩再患者身上或詢問者身上,病患或詢問者沒有欠你什麼,更沒有必要忍受妳(5/20星期晚上值班的櫃檯護理師)的那種態度。
希望貴院負責人可以正視護理人員態度不佳的問題,櫃檯是門面,櫃檯讓人感覺不佳,即便有再好的醫生都會讓人卻步,因為我也不是第一次遇到了貴院櫃檯護理人員態度不佳的問題,不要讓少數人員壞了貴院的名聲
