I actually really like the sauce from this stall - it’s not as sweet as the others but balances well with the oyster & shrimp (i.e. not over powering). The omelet itself is the typical Taiwanese style, crispy on the edges and gooey otherwise. It’s also nice that I can order 1 portion and have a taste of otherwise 3 omelets.
