★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2022過年來住三天,訂房前說好的嬰兒床,入住發現沒有準備,立馬問櫃檯,櫃檯居然說數量有限沒有了,雖然當晚馬上補了,但是感覺很差...隔天要出門的時候要使用保險箱,才發現是壞的,反應櫃檯後,等了半個小時遲遲沒人來處理,只好讓他們清理房間期間自行入房修理,不等了,第二天要出門時,發現還是壞的,修了兩天,陸續等了一個多小時,浪費時間!
今年二二八連假前幾天來住,第一天房間空調是故障的,後來反應櫃檯才處理好,第二天發現小孩手.腳.臉都被蚊子叮,腫了好幾個包,一開始以為是外出被叮,第二天晚上才發現原來是飯店房間內一堆蚊子,我用飯店毛巾打死10幾隻,毛巾都是血,以為都打完了,隔天發現還有好幾隻(有拍照留存),退房的時候反應給經理,經理還先質疑是不是我們開窗(抱歉,沒有),再來得到的反應是(謝謝你的反應,我們下次會改進...),爛死了,算我小孩雖小!
退房後,旅途中小孩一直抓癢被叮的包,看了難過只好一直罵。
補充一點,冷氣很吵。
結論:設備設施很新,飯店人員危機處理能力很差。
In 2022, I stayed for three days during the Chinese New Year. The baby cot was promised before booking, but I found that it was not ready. I immediately asked the counter, and the counter said that the number was limited. Although it was made up immediately that night, it felt very bad... I have to go out the next day. I had to use the safe, only to find that it was broken. After waiting for half an hour after the response counter, no one came to deal with it, so I had to let them go in and repair the room by themselves while cleaning the room. It's still broken. This year, I came to stay a few days before the 228 consecutive holiday. On the first day, the air conditioner in the room was faulty. Later, the response counter took care of it. On the second day, I found that the child's hands, feet, and face were bitten by mosquitoes, and several bags were swollen. At first I thought I was bitten when I went out, but the next night I found out that it was a bunch of mosquitoes in the hotel room. I killed more than 10 mosquitoes with the hotel towels, and the towels were full of blood. There are pictures to keep), when I checked out, I gave the manager a response. The manager first questioned whether we opened the window (sorry, no), and then the response was (thank you for your response, we will improve it next time...), It's rotten to death, even if my child is small!
After checking out, the child kept scratching at the stung bag during the trip, so he felt sad and had to scold all the time.
To add, the air conditioner is very noisy.
Conclusion: The equipment and facilities are very new, and the crisis management ability of hotel staff is very poor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今年住過兩次,第一次為過年期間住三個晚上。飯店早餐好吃空間感很不錯,負責餐飲的服務人員態度優良值得讚許。房間格局設計不錯,乾淨度還可以。從一開始電話訂房接洽都ok,入住當天卻被告知沒有嬰兒床跟飯店櫃檯反應得到的回應是當初並沒有提到有需求嬰兒床,後來家人跟櫃檯說當初訂房有明確的說需要嬰兒床,櫃檯才回答:不然我幫你們看一下。結果看她去後面找,出來就說:還有一個等你們外出回來幫你們送上去。是不是不反應就要得過且過?重點是態度讓人不舒服。隔天早上要出門使用保險箱,發現故障了。跟櫃檯反應說請人上來看…不知道等了多久,派了一個擋箭牌出來吸收砲火,趕著要出門就請飯店維修人員自行處理。第三天要出門使用保險箱仍然是壞的,真的感覺不舒服。退房時家人說能否客訴,櫃檯人員說我們沒有客服專線經理也不在,態度不是很好。
這次228連假依舊訂了這間飯店兩晚,這次的櫃檯服務人員(男)服務態度就很好,家人跟他確認是否有準備嬰兒床,之前有過不好的經驗所以想確定一下,當下男性櫃檯人員回應:有的,如果你們上去沒有的話再打電話下來馬上會幫您補上。睡了一晚上看到孩子身上多了幾個蚊子叮咬紅包,以為是在外面被叮不以為意。第二晚的晚上發現房間至少有10幾隻的蚊子…隔天退房跟經理反應,經理說:因為我們這邊是生態區蚊子會比較多。是騙我第一次住嗎?看他的態度我們也只能生氣的離開。就是間CP值高的飯店,別奢望有什麼好的服務水平。

I don't know how long I waited, I sent a shield to absorb the artillery fire, and I asked the hotel maintenance staff to deal with it when I was about to go out. Going out on the third day to use the safe is still broken and really feels uncomfortable. When checking out, the family said whether they could complain. The counter staff said that we did not have a customer service line manager nor was there, and the attitude was not very good.
This time, I still booked this hotel for two nights during the 228 consecutive holiday. The service attitude of the counter service staff (male) this time was very good. The family confirmed with him whether they had prepared a crib. I had a bad experience before, so I wanted to make sure. The male counter staff responded: Yes, if you don't have it, you can make it up on the phone if you call again. I slept all night and saw a few more mosquitoes biting the red envelopes on my child. I thought it was being bitten outside and didn't care. On the second night, I found that there were at least 10 mosquitoes in the room... I checked out the next day and responded to the manager. The manager said: Because we are in an ecological area, there will be more mosquitoes. Is it cheating on my first stay? Seeing his attitude, we can only leave angrily. It is a hotel with a high CP value. Don't expect any good service level.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room has just enough space for 1-2 pax. Really clean and have lots of toilet supplies, (from comb to razor, head cap and lotion plus the usual shampoo, toothbrush and shower gel). It has a bathtub so I suggest if you're staying here, bring bathbombs, bath salts and essential oils! I really enjoyed the tub, glad I brought my yl oils with me.
I've read that bc it is near the lake, mosquitos are everywhere, so I never opened the windows.
The AC was cold. The water pressure was good, warms up fast. My only issue was the flow of water in the pipes at night was loud? At first I thought I left the faucet open. Tho its not that bothersome, I can still sleep.
The staff can barely speak in English. Communication was difficult. But they are all accommodating.
They don't serve meals at the time I stayed. Not even breakfast. Maybe because of the covid restrictions? Idrk. But there are diners and convenience stores around so it was fine.
Over all the stay was satisfactory ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent hotel. New. Clean. Comfortable. Very good service. The front desk staff are very responsive. If they mad even smallest mistake, they were extremely apologetic.
We stayed here for a week of quarantine. The room was clean, quiet and has a good AC and even filtered water tap for unlimited drinking water. Includes a small refrigerator- that takes a while to get cool and never gets really cold. No ice but front desk provided it whenever needed.
Hot water at the tap was quick. Water pressure strong. Handicap bathroom had a bathtub with rails. But it’s kind of ridiculous since handicap people can’t get into the tub! **Better to remove the tub and leave a walk in shower. **
Nice big wall of windows. One window opens but it’s very heavy and, no screen so mosquitoes found their way in :(
We got the dinners through the hotel and they were decent with good variety. Quantity was enough.
Would strongly recommend for quarantine.
Why not 5 stars? Occasionally there was the smell of cigarette smoke that came in. Not a lot but noticeable. Second, the location is good but not top.
Third, price is on the high side- $2500/night. Seems they charged quite a premium for Covid quarantine. But we got two people for that price.
**Edit**
Forgot to mention one of the best facts is the bed. It was firm but very comfortable. Not the “pillow” sink into type but which we don’t like.
