秦	秦雪 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021/06/07晚間21點左右，去店內消費有買小蛋糕，告知店員小姐要1個重乳酪、兩個黑森林，就去挑其他要買的麵包，回到家打開發現蛋糕給錯，把黑森林錯給成提拉米蘇，馬上回電告知，店員卻很堅持我們講的是提拉米蘇，上面有給妳時間，若貴店監視器有錄音，麻煩自己去查看。拜託兩位店員嘻嘻哈哈地聊天沒關係但不要不專心影響工作好嗎，做好工作是你們的本分，就這種工作態度別出來工作了，影響客戶體驗，傷害店家名聲。 At around 21 o'clock in the evening on June 07, 2021, I went to the store for consumption and bought small cakes.
