湯頭滿清甜的，牛肉給的滿多的，牛肉吃起來鮮嫩，洋蔥跟豆芽菜份量也很夠，

在南部不是很常看到的越式餐點，涼拌裡面的配菜給的很多，炒牛肉給的份量不少，還有附上加進去涼拌裡的醬汁，加進去後攪拌均勻後，吃起來超級開胃
