★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 看網路上滿推的魯肉飯我個人也覺得滿喜歡，與其說是魯肉，它的味道和口感其實都比較像紅燒五花肉 應該沒有滷過而是用糖色、醬油等等在鍋內炒後再加水燉煮收汁的那種，外皮有一層焦糖糖衣 肥肉部份不是軟化的而是QQ有嚼勁的都符合紅燒肉的特點。
晶瑩的色澤 豬油脂的油香和鹹甜醬燒的味道 算是色香味俱全的一道菜 水準之作的紅燒肉值得推薦嘗試。
排骨飯沒有嘗試過
 I personally like the Lurou Rice that is fully posted on the Internet. Not so much Lurou, its taste and texture are actually more like braised pork belly. It should not be marinated. Instead, it should be fried in a pot with sugar, soy sauce, etc., and then add water. The kind that is stewed and collected in juice has a caramel coating on the outer skin. The fat part is not softened but QQ is chewy, which is in line with the characteristics of braised pork.
The crystal color, the oily aroma of lard fat and the salty-sweet soy sauce is a delicious dish. The standard braised pork is worth trying.
Haven't tried the ribs rice

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 第一次訂購梅家村排骨飯，不知道要吃什麼，便點了排骨飯（80元）。萬萬沒想到，排骨飯超級好吃。便當吃起來清爽不油膩。唯一可惜的是飯跟配菜沒有分開，送來的時候飯都被配菜的湯汁弄濕了。
It was the first time to order Meijiacun Spare Rib Rice and I did not know what to eat, so I ordered Spare Rib Rice (80 yuan). Unexpectedly, the ribs rice is super delicious. The bento is refreshing and not greasy. The only pity is that the rice is not separated from the side dishes. When it was delivered, the rice was soaked in the soup from the side dishes.
