不敢說自己是大戶
但總是不遠千里而來
因為馬克的分店不多
但剛剛買的真的很不開心
是一位皮膚黝黑的女店員
在點飲料的時候她翻了白眼
雖然隱藏在口罩之下
仍然很明顯感受到她口氣的不耐煩
因為朋友要一杯不曾購買的飲品
只是多詢問一句
她用一種怎麼會問這種問題的揶揄口氣回應
自己本身也是服務業的
絕對敢說自己在當客人的時候是非常客氣的
只是希望禮尚往來
應該不是客人要看店員的心情吧

然後封膜也沒封好，漏的整個袋子都是，再來拿鐵奶茶是正常甜微冰，結果完全不會甜？
到底是在做什麼東西啊？
如果是新來的員工訓練麻煩好好做好嗎？
以後絕不去消費
