★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 味道還不錯，去的時候老闆是年輕人，動作蠻快的，就是臉看好像心情不太好的樣子?，小碗的給不太餓的人吃剛好，第一次吃麵沒有剩下浪費覺得這個份量剛好，泡菜好吃，雖然跟麵味道不太融合，但分開各吃各的也都好吃的，注意這個店很久了，下次還是會回訪
 The taste is not bad. When I went there, the boss was a young man and he moved very fast, but his face looked like he was not in a good mood. The small bowl was just right for people who were not hungry. The first time I ate the noodles, there was no waste left. I think the portion is just right, the kimchi is delicious, although it doesn’t blend well with the noodles, but it’s also delicious to eat separately. Note that this shop has been a long time, and I will visit again next time.

小菜滷味 也超好吃 我加泡椒醬油 沒加醬油膏
Every time I pass by, there are many people. I went to have dinner after get off work today. I didn't expect the noodles to be delicious and super cheap.
The side dish is also super delicious. I add pickled pepper soy sauce, but no soy sauce paste.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 餛飩好吃，內餡香氣十足，湯麵的湯頭蠻特別的份量大，滷菜搭配辣油好吃，老闆一開始給的醬油膏會較多，口味較清淡的可以先行告知。
The wontons are delicious, and the fillings are full of aroma. The soup noodle soup is quite special and the portion is large. The marinated vegetables are delicious with chili oil. The boss will give more soy sauce paste at the beginning.

生意極好，老闆跟老闆娘有種忙不過來的感覺，所以不能久後的客人，不建議來訪。但美食是值得等待的，我不論是乾麵還是滷菜，調理都恰到好處。
一開始本以為只有外面有能用空間，走進門才發現裡頭還有一區有冷氣的內用空間。
炎炎夏日，有冷氣吹比什麼都還要重要！
整體來說，麵體充滿嚼勁，且麵條有好好吸收醬汁，加了麻醬後，味道更是一整個大提升！
但是湯品部分，就有點還好，味道偏淡。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such a hidden gem. Located in a small alley, behind the residential buildings, away from big road. Typical traditional Taiwanese restaurant: variety of noodles, dumpling, meatball soup, and braised food. Noodle type is wide and thin, a bit oily but that's where the taste come from. Overall it has more flavor compared to similar restaurants. But portion is a bit small. Braised food is superb, I recommend the pork intestine. No English menu, the boss and his wife also doesn't seem to understand English, but their daughter there probably can.
