不過我點了一碗花枝油麵不要辣，結果做成花枝意麵有辣⋯這樣真的不行，所以只能給3顆星

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 位於灣中夜市裡的人氣麵店，鱔魚麵小碗90大碗一百，價位在市區裡算是相當平價又實惠，鱔魚片約有四片，不會剁得太小塊，吃起來脆脆的口感佳。意麵不會用炸得偏硬且極粗的麵條來做，維持良好口感。此外最吸引人的是店內有冷氣，涼爽舒適，不用吃得滿頭大汗，大熱天也能吃得開心。如果想在這附近吃鱔魚麵，這間店是相當好的選擇。配合疫情管制措施現在一桌只能坐一組客人，店內大約只有四到五桌的空間，因此時常沒座位，比較可惜一點。

花枝意麵的鍋氣足夠，味道方面也不錯，看到很多人點意麵及炒飯，下次會來挑戰炒飯！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 乾炒鱔魚麵火候夠，沒有台南那種偏甜的味道，不過鱔魚比較少塊，吃巧不吃飽。讓我驚艷的是牛肉炒飯還挺好吃的，份量足肉也多，鹹香的沙茶味一口接一口。
The dry fried eel noodles have enough heat and don't have the sweet taste of Tainan. What amazes me is that the beef fried rice is still delicious, the portion is full of meat, and the salty and fragrant sand tea tastes one bite after another.
