本來的五顆星,在施作過程荒腔走板,變成了三顆星! 前段溝通時,老老闆講解廚具的部分非常厲害,也十分清楚!我們給他們報價兩間,其中一間要做高低差,老老闆講解過程非常清楚,我們其中一間要做高底差,檯面是不銹鋼拉髮絲紋,溝通過程老闆直言高低差不需使用矽利康,直接折彎即可,;另一間廚具廠商直言一定要矽力康!,這是我們一開始會選擇他們的主因!也讓我們非常有信心,老闆還親自到現場勘查水電的走法,一開始另我們十分放心! 我們約定10月11~13施工 其中一間的問題如下(B棟):施工前一周才跟我們說我們的廚房門片顏色沒貨要更改顏色,而且為了讓施工時間順利,要立刻決定;到了施工當天又通知我們要的中島檯面顏色停產,要馬上更改顏色,這兩點使得我們廚具的設計變得與原來不同,後來在裝設高低差時接縫處用矽利康收尾被我質疑時,老闆說他不可能說能直接折,原本我也當我記錯,但當時溝通時我們去了四個人,等其他人來查看時詢問我矽利康收尾銜接我才覺得狐疑,或許是我們四個人都記錯了吧,這就請各位看官判斷了,到了隔周中島檯面終於到了才發現檯面與桶身大小不符;於是只好更改桶身大小;改好後老闆說只需半天可以組裝完成,於是我請假了一天等待老闆將新的桶身與門片,老闆讓我等到了下午五點都還沒來,打電話只會說在路上了!後來我請隔壁屋主等門,因我有要事必須先行離開!晚間1830老闆終於到了後才又匆匆打電話給我要我到現場溝通,因為檯面偏移的關係我的中島左右兩側門板所剩空間太薄,只能再改成強化玻璃材質!(後來為了避免再發生狀況,我自己找品質信譽良好的玻璃廠商收尾)這過程令我感到非常不受尊重,好像只有老闆的時間是時間一樣!P.S.老闆的時間觀念很差從放樣開始就會遲到! 另一間(A棟)問題更加嚴重:放樣時的插座按照老闆的規劃而更動,但在施作時因為放樣錯誤使得門片剛好橫在插座中間,等到發現問題時,改廠商不是第一時間停下與業主溝通,而是直接將東西做好之後再告訴業主!經業主反映,廠商說會回去討論商量,但隔日收尾時的處理是直接打上矽利康封住;著實令人無言,而且設計的櫃子深度只能放下一個碗,另外中島的流理台在消水時無法消盡,在排水口周遭會留有一圈的殘水,明顯排水口高度高於周圍。 送貨過程,該廠商的司機留下了若干的巨大木片在我們家,我們一直要求請他們司機來處理載走,但一直說會盡快處理卻到10/27日都未過來清運。以上問題都尚未解決,或給予具體回覆的狀況時,老闆一直打電話來說要請款(這一次是說,他要過來把問題登入下來,然後之後處理;但最重要的事是要收尾款了...)

During the delivery process, the manufacturer’s driver left a number of huge wood chips at our house.
