高麗菜餡煎包的收口很厚，但是有熟、不黏牙；麵皮發酵適當，剛出鍋時，趁熱咬下，那股麵粉香與喧騰口感，實數少見。
煎餃的高麗菜餡料有微量薑汁、素食五香粉，剛起鍋的餃子底酥脆可口，不過放涼會略遜色發艮、摺子變硬。
