★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 普普通通，就是一般的蒸餃，沒特別好吃也不是難吃，酸辣湯還不錯，有一些小菜，環境蠻乾淨整潔的。
 Ordinary, just ordinary steamed dumplings, not particularly delicious nor unpalatable, the hot and sour soup is not bad, there are some side dishes, the environment is quite clean and tidy.

蒸餃有一種兒時的記憶，還滿好吃的
酸辣麵吃到後來頗辣！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 洪記蒸餃賣的餐點蠻簡單的，小籠湯包、蒸餃、酸辣湯、玉米濃湯。
如果不想吃太飽的話點籠蒸餃或是小籠湯包在一碗酸辣湯就是簡單的一餐，湯包跟蒸餃的內餡吃起來是偏清淡的口味，吃起來沒什麼負擔
整體來說口味還可以囉

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 蒸餃跟酸辣湯都好吃，ㄧ份量也很多，有10顆，酸辣湯是有豬血在裡面的，大碗喝完超飽。下次想試試玉米濃湯

The xiao long bao is juicy and delicious. I think it’s good without soy sauce. This time I don’t have shredded ginger for takeout. Next time I will try it inside :)
