★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這裏大都是出租人口，也有不少住戶上年紀住戶，有的住很久，雖然大樓已經30年了，早前管理不善有些缺失，但是我希望它能越來越好，畢竟這裏走沒有多遠就有公車，能搭到火車站，衛武營，路口一邊是超商，全聯，三民市場在旁邊，另外一邊是小北，家樂福。後面有加水站，這裏是少數有地下停機車的，門口和人行道也有機車位，生活機能還不錯。房租4500_7000左右，視坪數和裝修設備而定。

The rent is about 4500_7000, depending on the number of pings and decoration equipment.
