假日急診人員不足讓病人在外等待許久,已快篩陰性還不停說要快篩才能進來看診,陪診者已刷健保卡,警衛才讓人進來,另一位交接看手臂沒蓋章問誰讓進來的?語氣非常差,剛進來怎麼知道要蓋章,還責怪另一位同事的疏失,與他無關,哈囉?你就不能好好地說話然後就補蓋章就好嗎?態度這麼差是怎樣!無言

如果可以0顆星評論該有多好…. 如果你看了這麼多負面評論還有質疑 聽我一句勸! 想要活命 遠離高醫急診! 我小孩10個月大 發高燒到38.9度 在高醫急診等了1個小時還在等掛號! 急診當一般門診在運行!乾脆關掉算了 也沒有護理師跟我們對口! 這時有個護理師跟我們說要去戶外門診! 結果走了好久到他們的戶外門診 警衛跟我們說這裡沒有看小孩子的診! 火整個燒起來! 所幸直接前往義大醫院的急診 掛號 問診 拿藥 不到5分鐘! 我知道醫療量能不足! 但是我老婆自己是護理師都看不下去了! 高醫的整個動線規劃 整個護理師教育嚴重低劣! 跟量能一點關係都沒有! 連哪裡有小孩的診都不知道不清楚 急診 為什麼叫「急」診! 不緊急我會來掛急診嗎… 竟然向所有來掛「急」診的人說 不緊急的請移到戶外門診 !? 再次呼籲!想要活命!遠離高醫! 如果看了我的評論 你還想試試看高醫門診 那就真的自求多福了!

開頭就先呼籲大家,不要來! 絕對不要來高醫掛急診。 9/8凌晨5點因肚子痛、頭痛、咳嗽了一整天,去了小醫院看診,醫生認為是急性腸胃炎,到了半夜依舊很舒服而掛了急診。 另外,當天除了我們只有另一組人,人非常少。 1. 到了急診室後須先做COVID-19的基本調查,護士說要先經醫師判斷是否要做快篩。我們大熱天的在門外等了40分鐘,完全沒有任何指示,就是乾等。 到底需不需要做快篩是一件很果斷的事,放我們在外等根本就是人員的怠惰!完全不顧不舒服的我在外等候,根本就是浪費時間,「急」診是這樣搞的? 2. 等了40分鐘後,一位老護士出來帶我進急診,她告訴我裡面有一張空床給我。 我因為腹痛無法站立而一直坐在輪椅上,我的陪同人問她是否也能進去,她態度極差的回應:「不行,裡面是管制區域你是要怎麼進去」,不行就不行,我們也是疫情後第一次掛急診,講話能不能尊重一點,態度到底是在差什麼。 前面提到我坐著輪椅,他叫我跟著她進去,我以為她有要幫我推輪椅,結果他非常兇的對我說:「你是不能走路嗎?我跟你說過裡面有一張床給你了。」 面對著不舒服的人,就算再累態度也不能差成這樣吧,從頭到尾這位老護士都擺出一副不屑的樣子,這是你的工作,好好修正你的工作態度吧,傻眼到極致! 3. 即使整體的感受很差,還是要謝謝急診室門口的伯伯很辛苦的幫我們安排位置,他是在整個過程中唯一讓我們覺得有被尊重的,謝謝。 總之,急診的效率極差,比門診的效率還低,很不舒服的人絕對不要來這裡。醫護人員的態度也極差,尤其是在急診室裡的護士。 若高醫有看到這則留言,也拜託重新教育這些醫護人員,辛苦歸辛苦,然而,這份辛苦並不是讓你們這樣不尊重病人、不尊重這份職業的。
