★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 每一間診所的掛號流程不同所以才打電話詢問，但接電話的小姐態度極差，不耐煩的語氣在電話中展露無遺，好像打電話過去的是仇人一般，用摔電話的方式用力掛掉
不管現場是不是很忙，都沒有必要也沒有資格用這種態度對待別人
