要訂貨說不行，貨不知道那時候到，隔天在詢問又說要訂貨才可以拿到，你服務人員說法前後矛盾，服務態度不佳

If you want to order and say no, you don't know when the goods will arrive. The next day you ask and say you have to order before you can get it. Your service staff's statement is inconsistent and the service attitude is not good.
