★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 我去過越南??很多次，曾經在那裡待了快一年，幾乎每天都吃越南河粉。回台灣之後，每次想念越南美食的時候就會去找個越南河粉店點一碗越南河粉來吃。這家的越南河粉是越南人做的，的確有道地越南河粉的味道，由於在台灣很多越南河粉會放的蔬菜和香茅比較不容易買到，而且就算買得到也不便宜。所以這家放的菜很多都已經改成在地台灣的蔬菜了，但是還是很好吃。特別要說的是，很多越南河粉店的湯頭都會放很多味素，但是這家很明顯沒有放味素。然後我是點雞肉河粉，價格80元台幣，本來覺得跟其他地方的河粉比較起來有一點點貴（只貴10元而已），可是拿到的時候看到這家的雞肉很大塊，而且很多片，感覺有那個價值！
 I have been to Vietnam ?? many times. I have been there for almost a year and eat Pho almost every day. After returning to Taiwan, every time I missed Vietnamese food, I would go to a pho restaurant and order a bowl of pho. This Vietnamese pho is made by Vietnamese, and it does have the taste of authentic pho. Because many of the vegetables and lemongrass that are used in pho in Taiwan are not easy to buy, and even if they are available, they are not cheap. So many of the dishes served in this restaurant have been changed to local Taiwanese vegetables, but they are still delicious. In particular, many pho restaurants put a lot of MSG in their soup, but this one obviously does not put MSG. Then I ordered chicken pho. The price was NT$80. I thought it was a little bit expensive compared to other places’ pho (only 10 yuan), but when I got it, I saw that the chicken was huge. And many films, I feel there is that value!

Lemongrass chicken powder (dry)!? It is like a tabletop soy sauce fried rice noodles, plus cold chicken... there is no sense of Vietnamese citronella chicken...

老闆娘很用心，湯頭沒有用過多的調味料調味（有吃過加一堆糖的，這家不加糖，就是湯頭自然的味道），有加磨碎的胡椒，香?
