回覆業主，我了解，因為我也是做飲料店的，這樣確實會造成困擾，但再怎麼不悅也沒必要表現的那麼明顯，我也知這樣不對也很抱歉的說了聲不好意思，您們女店員臉就很臭的回了句‘’哦‘’！
我們店也會有這種情況，但我們還是和顏悅色的跟客人說沒關係，甚至重做一杯也不要緊?
