自認為資深的鹽酥雞饕客,吃遍全台北各大鹽酥雞攤,從來沒有看過「蛋餅皮」。謝謝呂媽媽領進門,蛋餅皮炸過後表皮會較蓬鬆,口感酥脆,有點像是多力多滋,但味道又比多力多滋更純粹。不需過度調味,撒上胡椒粉就很美味。 正式將高雄鹽酥雞攤的蛋餅皮、荳子樂的紫米綠豆沙、大義街無名麵店的豬油拌麵跟鹽埕阿婆仔冰的胡蘿蔔汁同列進此後高雄行必吃的美食清單中。
