大腸蚵仔麵線的蚵仔很新鮮、腸子也處理得很乾淨不會有味道。割包的焢肉肥瘦適中，酸菜清甜解膩，還可以請店家調整糖粉份量喔！
少見的滷大腸頭也香Q好吃，有興趣的人可以試試看。
