店家可以不要那麼現實嘛

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這家頗雷 建議到其他分店會好一點。 剪髮技巧很主觀,我就不評論。過程中偶爾推銷也情有可原,畢竟說不需要他們也不會再問。但在GOMAJI買的洗+剪+護課程。洗加剪後就說結束了,詢問護髮的部分呢? 才說男生沒有護髮。請問男生付的錢有比較少嗎? 如果不問是不是就當沒這回事?後來才換成給頭皮水。過程一句道歉或不好意思都沒說。只能說自己衰踩雷。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 入座未放好物品,就開始按摩,告知等一會,當作沒聽到。設計師搞不清楚自家方案內容,拿走客人手機去詢問資深同事後,核銷完還詢問正在被服務中客人使用何種方案,讓客人要在服務過程中重新找方案給他。兩位設計師在服務過程中,聊天討論其他客人,未把客人隱私當一回事,態度輕浮。與陽明店長反應以上情形,店長表示因為方案一直改來改去,所以同仁也不清楚等等,但他都拿走我手機去核銷了欸,難道沒確認過服務內容,還要客人在服務過程中找購買方案給他,因真的聽不下去店長的解釋,讓我感覺都不是你們員工問題,都是客人問題,所以請其聽完客訴內容,店長就開始嗯嗯嗯嗯,我訴說完以上內容,店長只結尾一句,真的很不好意思,會在加強訓練就結束了,完全未作出任何處置,還是由原設計師服務,令人感覺不被尊重,感覺反應的事情被消極對待

我的髮尾都變明顯的兩層了,男店員還跟我說這是層次(???
誠心建議加強員工技能訓練,還有培養跟顧客討論修正的素養真的很重要,因為沒有人想要花了錢,結果頭髮剪成什麼樣子不能自己決定….
