我五月25打電話去衛生局叫我打電話去這家預約兒子打第三劑,却問我兒子再學校去年12月27號打第二劑,明天可以預約,護士說可以叫我明天去打第三劑,到了以後,結果到確說不可以,衛生局就不接電話,打一個小時,最後一通接起來不說花,等很久就是不出聲,真的有够爛,衛生所也是不就是不接電話,大家不要來這家,護士有夠幾車,五月28號打去王漢卿,馬上預約隔天打第三劑,服務很,護士也親切,有給退燒藥,真的天讓之別

4/22早上去打疫苗,櫃檯護士綁馬尾戴眼鏡,講話態度極差。講話根本自己講不清楚跟他反應態度不需要這樣,還兇我妹說:我戴口罩講話比較大聲(態度更差的在兇我們)醫生好像也很習慣她的態度不好一樣,在旁邊無動聲色。沒有人欠妳們什麼啦不用這樣對我們大小聲態度不好,有這種護士我看病人早晚會被她嚇跑啦?

今日2022/04/09上午因鼻子有類似過敏症狀至高雄市三民區陽明路王*仁耳鼻喉科診所看診,黃*田醫師將我的健保卡插卡後,問了一句「自主管理期間可以看診嗎?」,我回覆說我回國後已經完成10+7日的隔離和自主管理了,黃醫師為了確認,打電話向王*仁醫師確認可否讓我看診,電話講完之後黃醫師回到看診電腦前,我問了一句「可以看診嗎?」,他回答我說「你不要說話」! 我真的愣住了⚠️我說錯話了嗎?還是我說話會傳播新冠病毒? 最後我還是看完診並至藥局拿完藥。 返家後我打電話至1922詢問診所看診畫面秀出我還是在自主管理期間,與事實不符。 1922回覆我,自去年5月開始在返國後完成自主管理後的15天內,醫院或診所看診畫面會有綠色的提醒,說「該員已完成自主管理……」等字眼提醒。 我想應該是該診所黃醫師看到電腦畫面出現警示及「自主管理」等字而誤解我還在自主管理期間! 但有需要回答我「你不要說話」這麼難聽的話嗎?這間診所的服務態度大家覺得如何?
