檸檬雞腿排有檸檬清香與香烤氣味，調味上像紐奧良雞腿，雖然不多汁但肉質頗嫩，帶皮吃起來也不過於肥膩。

一打開飯盒，蔬菜的甜味跑出來，吃起來也很清甜，高麗菜主要以水煮方式保留蔬菜的原味，其他還有炒時蔬、半顆水煮蛋、香綿地瓜，炒時蔬有一點鹹度，不會太油或無味，整體而言配菜多樣性較少。
