The taste of the noodles is good, the wontons can be tasted with the Chaoshan flavor with shrimp sauce, the handmade vermicelli Q is very good, and overall they are at a standard level.

店內用餐環境還可以，桌數應有個十來桌
The noodles are thinner than ordinary thin noodles. The fried hands are delicious and they are not very small. The pork liver soup is very tender. Unfortunately, the meatballs and vermicelli are sold out~ I can’t taste it (only next time Try your luck)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 餛飩中規中矩，麵條Q彈非常好吃，整碗搭配起來?手工粉腸很特別，口感軟嫩瘦肉份量多，可以吃出真的是手工製作！豬肝湯30元份量頗多，是間會不斷再訪的麵店！
The wontons are quite satisfactory, the noodles Q bombs are very delicious, the whole bowl is matched ?The handmade vermicelli is very special, the taste is soft and tender and the portion of lean meat is large, and it is really handmade! The 30-yuan pork liver soup is quite a lot, and it is a noodle shop that will keep revisiting!

Chaozhou dumpling dry noodles, the noodles taste pretty good, thin and hard, but the ingredients are very few... just the meatballs, noodles, and some minced meat ingredients, which I think are a bit expensive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 因為YouBike2.0 新增站點研究google 地圖發現了這家，在我長年的外食生涯中難得讓我驚艷的店家之一：口味清而不淡，明明是肉類的東西卻不會太過油膩，內餡…那味道就是所謂的「鮮甜」嗎？真的都沒吃過這樣的東西
麵就不多說。像抄手口味也是如此：另外完全沒有大量的芹菜（很好！）或蔥花，擺得漂亮整齊，有種單純的美感。
可能全台用手包餛飩的店家不算少，好口味讓人有種日式職人之感。11點多頻繁響起的電話、忙進忙出的伙計都幫忙證實這家店的不平凡
Because YouBike2.0 added a new site to research google maps and found this one, one of the rare restaurants that amazes me in my long-term eating out career: the taste is light but not bland, and it is obviously meat but not too greasy, Filling... Not much to say. The same goes for Chao Shou's flavors: there's not a whole lot of celery (nice!) or chopped green onion at all, it's neatly arranged and has a pure aesthetic.
Maybe there are not many shops in Taiwan that wrap wontons by hand, and the good taste makes people feel like a Japanese craftsman. The frequent ringing of the phone after 11 o'clock and the busy people who came in and out all helped to confirm the extraordinaryness of this store
