★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 涼麵的配料只有小黃瓜，蒜味很足（對我而言太辣了一點點，胃會有點不舒服）。
整體而言是好吃的，這次沒有加辣所以吃起來可能比較一般，只有蒜頭的辛辣味跟醬料一點點的甜味還有芝麻香。
麵條整體還算有咬勁。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 涼麵麵體偏硬可能有些人覺得這是嚼勁，不知道是不是冷藏的關係吃到1/3的時候感覺麵條才有軟，雞絲不柴份量稍少。最好吃的應該是味增蛋花湯因為撈起味增湯再打蛋進去烹煮所以豐富了味增湯的味道。
The cold noodles are hard and some people may think that it is chewy. I don’t know if it is because of the cold storage. When you eat 1/3 of the noodles, you feel that the noodles are soft, and the amount of chicken shreds is slightly less. The best thing to eat should be the miso egg drop soup, because the miso soup is picked up and then beaten into the egg to cook, which enriches the taste of the miso soup.
