Mainly I'd recommend 2 types of crab here:(1) Giant Male Mud Crab (沙公), which gives you tenderness and sweetness of the crab meat and less eggs; (2) Virgin Female Mud Crab (處女蟳), still a virgin literally so its "belly" is FULL of unfertilised brown meat, which gives you creamy texture. So I bought one Male for NT$ 680, and the GOOD thing is the owner would kill and clean it for you. Over NT$1,000 steam cook it for free and you can eat it right away.
