★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 照服人員態度親切，護理師專業講解，對於不懂的部分耐心分析，讓人參觀之後感覺有回到家的感覺，尤其是細心的送餐服務與送洗衣物，來減輕現場工作人員的工作量，讓照服人員可以多些時間陪伴與照顧長輩，使人感到安心與放心，謝謝現場工作人員的照顧，讓我們更能無後顧之憂的好好工作，彼此都能有各自的生活空間好好生活。

Patients who do not understand will be patiently analyzed to make people feel like coming home after the visit, especially the meticulous food delivery service and laundry, to reduce the workload of the on-site staff. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 看護配置太少，護理人員也不足，一層樓就1個護理師跟2個看護，一層樓多達30多床，日班看護灌牛奶，換床單，幫老人洗澡，換尿片，打掃衛生，翻身拍痰等等～如果住民有特別的需求，根本就沒辦法應付，例如定期回診前的前置作業，都是家屬自己想辦法解決，至於護理師？光是在那邊排藥就要花大半時間，有時候我很懷疑在這麼多床需要照護時，藥劑會不會發錯？三管照護有沒有落實？畢竟住民的健康狀況需要她們隨時監控掌握！
