★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 照服人員態度親切,護理師專業講解,對於不懂的部分耐心分析,讓人參觀之後感覺有回到家的感覺,尤其是細心的送餐服務與送洗衣物,來減輕現場工作人員的工作量,讓照服人員可以多些時間陪伴與照顧長輩,使人感到安心與放心,謝謝現場工作人員的照顧,讓我們更能無後顧之憂的好好工作,彼此都能有各自的生活空間好好生活。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 看護配置太少,護理人員也不足,一層樓就1個護理師跟2個看護,一層樓多達30多床,日班看護灌牛奶,換床單,幫老人洗澡,換尿片,打掃衛生,翻身拍痰等等~如果住民有特別的需求,根本就沒辦法應付,例如定期回診前的前置作業,都是家屬自己想辦法解決,至於護理師?光是在那邊排藥就要花大半時間,有時候我很懷疑在這麼多床需要照護時,藥劑會不會發錯?三管照護有沒有落實?畢竟住民的健康狀況需要她們隨時監控掌握!
