★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 管理素質差異過大~安全性不佳，專業級數低差~目前本人就住樓即是此機構管理，並且服務品質層次低…可能是管委會也鬆散放任，真不知道繼續下去這居住權都變化保全公司的了~無耐無言；總之就是公司制度性能不能夠，例如某些人員隨意約聘，造成品質安全性都下降了!
強烈建議慎選保全公司…尤其是品質。
