The cuisine of my father passed down to Kaohsiung. Xiaolongbao is big and full. The fillings are firm and not too greasy. You can eat a cage full. The hot and sour soup is delicious.

小籠包肉餡飽滿，但是沒有應有的香氣，沒肉甜味，蔥味，就單純的一團肉！
玉米濃湯太淡，太水，沒有奶香味！
調味區油辣子不辣，不香，只有油膩！沒有薑絲！
整體來說還需要努力，在覺民路上生意不好做，加油！！
