男性工作人員，低頭一直玩手機，
我站在店門口足足兩分鐘才抬頭看我，
詢問仙草冰茶是否能提供無糖，回答可以，
但提供的仙草冰茶已經是有糖的，無法調整甜度，
回頭詢問被告知飲料本身就有糖，
不額外加糖就叫無糖，不知是否是我中文有問題，
後雖提出願意更換飲料，但消費體驗實在非常差，
若想要好好經營下去，
建議審慎挑選門店服務人員。
飲料本身是好喝的，
不給一顆星是怕傷害商家信譽，
但如此的上班態度確實一顆星都不值得。
