味蕾是主觀的,我的評論不代表好與不好,還是要自己來吃過才能知道好壞,在來之前我已經看到很多負面評價,但我還是決定前往一家老店到底為何能讓人如此毒舌,無論好與不好,希望各位還是能以欣賞美食的出發點去看待店家,而非一昧地說人不好卻說出無法讓人信服的理由。

炎熱的天氣讓我想起久久未接觸到火雞肉飯,在意識推進下驅車前往時常經過的火雞肉飯店。
抵達店門口開始看起我口內喜好,火雞肉飯、金針花湯、滷白菜和蒸蛋。
點菜完畢找了個靠尾端席坐了下來,稍等片刻後全餐便一併上齊。
慣性先從湯品開始潤喉暖胃,金針花湯...
第一口入喉,金針花帶來的獨特香氣慢慢顯現,但湯本身偏淡,內有榨菜,但缺乏咸香,調味上雖偏淡,但還不失為一碗湯,只是並未驚艷罷了。
半碗湯水入口後進入正餐"火雞肉飯"
火雞肉撲滿飯體,油蔥雞油湯汁平均地充分吸收入米飯裡,夾起一口飯搭配著火雞肉,香氣四溢滿口腔,雞肉亦是嫩而不柴,唯一缺乏還是些許的咸香偏淡... 但仔細品嚐其實這碗火雞肉飯還是算好吃的,火雞肉本體大小適中,入口後的口感搭配米飯是特別有反饋感,會讓人不自覺地繼續那第二口讓唇齒間留香。
後續移往滷白菜,看似燉滷至軟爛,滷汁色澤鮮明,入口已能得知老師傅功力不虛。
白菜過後眼光移至蒸蛋上,拿起湯匙舀了一匙入口,驚人發現!! 這蒸蛋的調味簡直是太美味了!! 內部搭配著雞肉與一顆蛤蜊,完全給予這蒸蛋雙重鮮味!! 此時我有個大膽想法...
如果我把蒸蛋放入火雞肉飯裡是否能讓此碗火雞肉飯再次得到另一種體驗呢??
不假思索地先舀起一勺入碗內,搭配著火雞肉飯入口發現..........
這....... ??
昇華了!!!!!! ??
我難道幫這碗火雞肉飯開啟它生命的新篇章?! ??
這時我迅速地把餘下蒸蛋全都倒入碗內,開始開啟這蒸蛋火雞肉飯的吃法!! (說不定早就有人跟我一樣幹同樣的事情,如果有請麻煩跟我一起分享??)
在迅雷不及掩耳的速度一下子就把面前這些清空至一乾二淨...
話說回來,我能給予的總結就是...
今日我所吃到的多數品項為平凡好吃,卻缺乏鹹味,但一杯蒸蛋拯救了我口腔味蕾世界。
這裡的蒸蛋簡直是 神阿!! ??
