但是4月份起店家門市人員的店長（原本河東門市人員）以及男性門市人員（原從臺灣之星門市人員）服務態度，超級爛爛爛。

電話一過去這個，詢問問題一副愛理不理，問什麼都不知道，只想掛電話，很好奇這間店怎麼經營得下去，厲害！我是不放心到這裡啦！

The waiter ignored and didn't want to answer the question. No professionalism. Asked three answers. Would rather go to Aurora far away from home. I would not go to Jiachang again.
