黑蒜豚骨拉麵的湯頭很濃郁(吃完真的會滿嘴蒜味)，配料有蔥花、木耳、玉米、海帶、溏心蛋、叉燒(一片算蠻厚的，油脂較多 店家有做炙燒的處理吃起來層次較豐富)
麵的部分也OK ，內用可以多加麵，加麵之後的份量會吃飽的！
炸豆腐也不錯吃！豆腐是軟嫩的雞蛋豆腐，不過個人會希望醬汁分離，不會吃完拉麵 炸豆腐變軟軟的
