★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 炒飯可客製少油少鹽，炒功配上火燒蝦，有淡淡鮮甜海味，層次分明；甜不辣是少見的厚度，也是個人喜歡的，大小及炸的脆度剛好；辣台式泡菜小辣，但不會讓人不舒服，配飯或麵都很搭，第一次來吃，難怪foodpanda給完美四顆星。
