在這裡租屋三年,今年6月底已搬離,這三年見證大樓旁從空地到蓋滿各式超商(市)、餐廳、郵局、幼稚園,確實非常方便。但也是有缺點,個人也不避諱分享,實際如果有想租或買這地也可自己來勘查, 1.首先因為緊鄰家樂福,面賣場側的住戶常因凌晨卸貨而被吵醒,甚至某一年好幾次半夜消防誤報,吵一整完都沒得睡。 2.此大樓約4成住戶是出租戶,出租住戶品質不一,而自住戶品質亦也不一,保全跟保全主任時常換人,原因不便在此說明。 3.大門及車道在大學二十六街,右側是家樂福停車場出口,前方是另一大樓車道出口,左前方是健身工廠停車場出入口,晚上下班(課)及晚餐尖峰時段車非常多且壅擠,違停亂象多,也有檢舉達人出沒。 4.因為這邊長期都是由先鋒保全管理,有關此大樓相關消息如果有認識附近建案是先鋒保全的,都可以問看看這邊的風評,相信很多人都會知道!
