湯上面雖然浮著很多燈籠椒，吃的時候也一邊撈出很多的乾辣椒段，但其實只是微辣的鹹甜味，主要配料有肉、豆腐、鴨血、老油條來搭配這碗麵，食材跟湯的味道雖然不到特別好吃但也還可以，但是感覺賣這價格就有點小貴了。來這邊可能還是吃合菜比較適合。

炙燒梅花豬(好吃，旁邊的馬鈴薯也好吃，豬肉的口感做的很像松阪)
將軍炸滷米血(好吃，炸過的米血通常很乾，可能有先滷過所以有濕潤度)
娃娃菜(還行...)
荷葉紅蟹黃米糕(米糕偏軟爛，但又有些米粒是硬的個人不是很喜歡)

呈現上來的菜色香味俱全
餐盤都很漂亮還沒用餐就先加分
服務人員很親切解說菜單很有耐心
整體用餐環境也很舒適
唯一的缺點是整個用餐過程非常悶熱
空調不知道是不是壞了

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 份量很多，但調味偏清淡，吃起來感覺比較像健康餐，飲食控制的人可以來，但吃比較重口味的不太適合，連菜單表示辣度五條辣椒的菜色都完全不會辣（？）最好吃的是炸滷米血。
The portion is large, but the seasoning is light, and it tastes like a healthy meal. People with a diet control can come, but it is not suitable for eating heavy flavors. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 與家人團聚，餐點份量足夠也合口味，龍蝦三明治我們覺得還好，不太推薦，其他餐點都美味大家都滿意?，尤其米血、豆腐、松阪豬、湯、肉骨茶，下次都會再點，爸爸則喜歡羹，素食餐點也不錯
