★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 很喜歡面河的那面［3房2廳2衛2陽台］的3樓，客廳很大，3面採光通風良好，很愛陽台的小花園和自動灑水器，出國都不用擔心花草植物沒人澆水，以及［1樓樓中樓邊間］屋外前面有小空間可以給小孩玩樂，後面又是兒童室，離翠萍國中小近，看過高雄10幾間新建案，樹河院是目前最喜歡的房子，感覺回到家看看河景及綠油油的都會公園，幸福又療癒，推薦銷售專員余婉瑜小姐，親切、專業又溫柔有耐心。如果價格可以再優惠一點，真的超想買....
