★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 購買全新歐牌耳溫槍，當場測試兩耳就差0.5度，我說要換店員還說一直強調這是正常的不給換（百靈牌根本不會差那麼多），結果隔2天孩子發燒，我們用手摸孩子額頭發燙，感覺至少有38度，馬上拿前日在宜兒樂買的全新耳溫槍，結果根本不準（量孩子居然只有36度，我們拿了量自己也一樣36度），後來趕快拿去請她們處理，說會盡快，等了一週連通電話也沒有，還要我一直催促，這種服務品質真的不敢恭維
